Please include the following information:
- Your Charity Registration Number.
- A description of your charity’s aims and achievements.
- An outline and budget for the project for which funding is sought.
- The Grant Programme for which you are applying.
- If we have supported you on a previous occasion please provide brief details of the outcome of this project.
- Details of funds raised to date and the current shortfall.
If you are a registered charity please do not send your accounts, we will refer to the accounts held online by the Charity Commission.
N.B. We will continue to accept postal applications although applications submitted using the online form are now preferred. Because of the administrative overhead involved we are no longer willing to accept applications via email.
